1. What is the GMC Roadside Assistance Program?

If you purchased a GMC vehicle on or after 1 September 2015, you are entitled to Roadside Assistance.

GMC Roadside Assistance provides you with peace of mind by delivering 24-hour emergency vehicle care. This covers motoring in Oman, all other GCC states, Lebanon and Jordan

2. How long does it take to schedule a service?

You can schedule a service whenever you wish. Simply complete our online Service Enquiry form, stating your preferred date and Service Centre and we’ll respond swiftly to confirm details of your appointment.


3. How much do you charge for servicing and repair?

This will depend on your GMC vehicle – but please be assured, our prices are transparent and extremely competitive. For more details, please consult the Cost-of-Service section on our website.


4. Do you sell accessories for my GMC vehicle?
